MELON WITH PARMA HAM, a light way to start your festive meal, slices of fresh honeydew melon with leaves of tangy Parma ham and a light dressing

SEA BASS PARCEL, oven baked in white wine with a medley of fresh peppers and a butter sauce

CHRISTMAS DUCK, pan seared Gressingham Duck breast with an orange marmalade chutney gravy

JINGLE BELL PORK TRIO, pork loin chop, local pork and leek sausage and black pudding with grilled apple and ap-ple sauce
